*To benefit from our exchange offer, the vehicle must be returned to an Automobile En Direct branch within a period not exceeding 30 days or 1,000 km from the time of delivery, including weekends and holidays. Accessories, added products or services are not refundable.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when delivered, aesthetically and mechanically, without having undergone any modification or alteration. To benefit from the exchange offer, the customer must bring the vehicle registration certificate in their name to the branch at the time of exchange. When trading in your vehicle, Automobile En Direct is not responsible for crediting applicable taxes if you select a lower value vehicle.
The 30 day/1000 km trade-in offer is valid only once per original transaction. The customer will be able to take advantage of this satisfaction program for a single vehicle exchange. We will take back your vehicle at the price paid within 30 days of your initial purchase.
As stated in the installment sales contract, our terms and conditions will be interpreted in consideration of sections 73, 76 through 79 of the Consumer Protection Act if applicable.
Excessive wear and tear on the vehicle and certain types of financing are not eligible for this offer and conditional on credit approval on the new vehicle.
